Meridian is a two-person roasting operation based in Brooklyn, NY. We work directly with smallholder farms in Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia) and Huila (Colombia), and roast in small batches twice a week.

We focus on light-to-medium roasts that bring out the origin character — bright acidity, clean finish, and the floral and stone-fruit notes our farms are known for. Beans ship within 48 hours of roasting.

We don't take wholesale orders. Everything we roast goes out through this site or our regulars in the neighborhood.
